2-3. GENERAL.

The following tests will enable you to determine whether or not a test set is operating acceptably. Each

test procedure checks a specific function of the test set to help you find and isolate faults. When a fault

is evidenced by failure of the test set to meet a performance test standard, you will be referred to the

appropriate troubleshooting chart in section Ill of this chapter.
