EQUIPMENT FIELDINGS
5.1 ATE-100 Handheld Calibrator. Reference labs were recently provided with the
Ashcroft ATE-100 handheld calibrator base unit. The ATE-100 is a multifunction calibrator
that can measure pressure, temperature, flow, voltage, and current, when equipped with the
appropriate external modules. Fielding was of the base unit only, no additional modules were
provided. The intent of providing the base unit to reference labs is to allow the calibration of
pressure modules designed for operation with this unit (for example the AQS-2 pressure
module), moving workload from the primary lab and closer to the end user. The base unit
requires an electrical calibration that can be performed at the reference lab using the
manufacturer's manual. To simplify calibration, the Model CQS calibration quick select
module referenced in the manual will be procured and fielded, but until that time the device
can be supported using test leads and mini-clips. Calibration of the ATE-100 will be on a one
year interval. The base unit must be within calibration before performing pressure
calibrations of the plug-in modules. The points of contact for this action are Mr. Wade

MODIFICATION WORK ORDERS
6.1 TS-4530/UPM Radar Test Set. The TS-4530 has a pending MWO that will make the
boxes TS-4530/A. The PA NG will be executing the MWO and PD TMDE (TEMOD) will be
coordinating the return of units. At this time there are issues that are preventing the
beginning of this process. For more information contact Mr. Kevin Gould, e-mail:
