OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
INTRODUCTION
The following operating instructions (Paragraphs 2-3 and 2-4)
are identical to those which are permanently affixed to the hydraulic
test stand.
It should be noted that these instructions are as brief as
possible.
Additional information is included in the descriptive
material in the maintenance section of this manual.

2-2 PREPARATION FOR USE
(a) Place the Actuator Test Stand conveniently near a 120V,
60 Hz power outlet.

(c) Raise the top cover and fasten it securely in place with
the knurled fasteners.
(d) Open control drawer until the latches, which retain the
drawer at half open position, engage.
(e) Remove the hold down brackets and level the test stand
by means of the leveling screws located at each bottom corner of
the stand.
(f) Check hydraulic fluid level and fill, as required, by
releasing the
fasteners at the front edge of the work area
and raising the perforated work surface plate.

Use MIL-H-5606 Hydraulic Fluid only.
