Remove six screws and washers, that secure the card cage to the chassis.
d. Remove card cage for access to the switches.
4-31. Cleaning (CRC).
a. Inspect the exterior of the equipment. The exterior should be free of dust, dirt, grease, and fungus.
Remove dust and loose dirt with clean soft cloth (item 2, table 4-1 ).
Isopropyl alcohol is toxic. It can irritate skin and cause burns. Avoid
inhaling. Use only with adequate ventilation. Avoid contact with skin,
eyes, or clothing. In case of contact, immediately flush skin or eyes
with water for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention for eyes.

Use a vacuum cleaner and soft brush to remove dirt and dust from the test set chassis and the in-
terior of the case.
Dry cleaning solvent, type I is combustible and toxic. It can irritate skin
and cause burns. Use only with adequate ventilation, away from open
flame. In case of contact, immediately flush skin or eyes with water for
at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention for eyes.
d. Remove grease or oil with a cleaning cloth (item 2, table 4-1) moistened with dry cleaning solvent
(item 3, table 4-1).
