Step 2.
Load Selector Switch(s) defective.
Disconnect power from Test Set.
a.
Remove  and  tag  leads  from  switch  terminals.
b.
Attach  ohmmeter leads across  switch terminals top to
bottom.
c.  With  Switch  in on (up) position, ohmmeter should
read 0  Ohms.  With  Switch  in  off (down)  position,
ohmmeter should read infinite.

Step 3.
Check Load Resistors.
Disconnect and tag lead from one end of Resistor.

Attach ohmmeter leads to Resistor terminals.
c.  Ohmmeter should read  15  Ohms
for 1 KW Resistors
and 30 Ohms for 500 W Resistors.
