Section II. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

2-3. Introduction . This section contains the procedure for interconnection of the MTS test aid to the MTS. The unit is

ready for installation after unpacking as described in paragraph 2-1. No special tools are required for

installation.

2-4. Electrical Interconnection. Connect the MTS test aid to the MTS with the test aid cable assembly as shown in

figure 2-1. Perform operating instructions described in Chapter 3.

CAUTION

When attaching cable assembly to MTS and MTS test aid connectors, carefully aline

guide pins and sockets of connector jacks and tighten a little at a time to avoid damaging

connector pins.
