Airspeed  Indicator  (12).    The  airspeed  indicator  measures  the  differential  between  Pitot  and  static  pressures created by the tester in a range between 0 and 400 knots and is used to test the accuracy of airspeed indicators. n. Rate of Climb Indicator (13).  The rate of climb indicator measures the rate of change during climb or dive of altimeter (aircraft).  Do not run tester at a rate exceeding 5,000 feet per minute. o. Fill and Run Selector Valve (1).  The selector valve (1) is in line between the oil reservoir (2) and the pump (3) as shown.  The handle (4) on the valve has three positions for use as follows: (1) The direction as shown is for "normal operations". (2) When the valve is turned 90 degrees counter clockwise it is in the fill position. (3) When the valve is turn 90 degrees clockwise it is in the drain position. 2-5
