2-4. OPERATING PROCEDURES.

Operation of test set is accomplished by the operator using the keyboard to select and enter carrier

frequencies and test functions.

NOTE

The following procedures are to familiarize the operator with certain test set

features that might be used in performing receiver tests.

Press POWER switch to ON and check all modes as follows:

RF OUTPUT CONTROL

1. Press and hold RF ON/OFF key until RF LEVEL display changes from 50 to OFF.

This indicates that output of RF OUT connector is off. Displays, indicators, and keys

appear as shown in view A.
