Removal procedures are given only to the extent necessary to repair or replace authorized parts.  Fill panels are opened or removed using flat-tipped screwdriver and turning fasteners counterclockwise. 4-16.  PITOT AND STATIC SYSTEMS TESTER CALIBRATION Maintenance of the Pitot and Static Systems Tester consists of periodic recalibration.  Calibration cannot be performed at AVIM level because a calibrated pressure/vacuum test gauge is required. 4-9
